Over 20 years ago, Alexandra, one of the owners of the apartment, fell in love with Marbella, Elviria, and the Urbanisation Jardines de La Golondrinas. This amazing place was built by a famous architect, straight on the dunes of Elviria Beach. Today, the urbanization achieved its truly unique character. The tropical garden cultivated for over 30 days is the only one in the area. Tropical plants, ponds, flowers, and huge palms and cactuses make the guests feel like in Bali or another tropical jungle.

  • Our apartment is 112 m2 plus 25 metres terrace with sea views.
  • Each bedroom has a separate bathroom.

For our guests together with SAGESA, we will offer you a newly decorated, renewed apartment, TV with international satellite channels, air conditioning/heating and free private parking. We can offer beds for 5 or 6 people by preparing a sofa bed or an extra bed for you, on request and according to availability.
